When you sign up on they may ask for your name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information. We use that information to send you the latest news and updates from the People’s Party of Florida. We work closely with allied organizations and through the Action Network system we may share some basic contact information and they may contact you.

When you sign one of our petitions:

Your name, city, state, and any comments are treated as public information.

When you contribute money:

Under state election law, we are required to make periodic filings that provide the Florida Election Commission and FEC the the following information on each contributor: name, address, amount of contribution, date of the contribution, employer, and occupation. No donations are considered tax exempt charitable contributions for IRS purposes.

Use of your Personal Information:

We will not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for any purpose not related to political organizing by the People’s Party of Florida.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
